Case summary
EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility between July 10-13, 2023, to determine Respondent?s compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA and Part 68. On February 13, 2024, the EPA sent Respondent a Notice of Potential Violation and Opportunity to Confer letter. On March 7, 2024, the EPA responded to the documentation and information received from Respondent as a result of the opportunity to confer. EPA determined two findings of violation. The Respondents agreed to completion of a SEP as part of the settlement.
