Case summary
On May 19, 2018, there was an incident at the Facility that resulted in an accidental release. Subsequently, EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on April 22-25, 2019, to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r), and 40 CFR Part 68. EPA determined six violations of Part 68 occurred, one of which was directly related tot he 2018 release incident.
