Case summary
During a review of several EPA databases it was discovered Tober Chemical (previously Pyramid Plastics) had failed to certify TRI reporting forms for 3 consecutive years 2020, 2021, and 2022 on or before the respective due dates for those Reporting Years (RY). The forms were certified a few days late for each RY. A settlement was proposed to Tober Chemical of which it was accepted. A CAFO was issued on 9/7/23 resolving the EPCRA 313 violations.
