EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to the City of Magnolia, Arkansas. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of Section 1433(a) of the SDWA. The America Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) requires that community water systems (CWS) serving communities with populations between 3,301 and 49,999 to conduct a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) of its drinking water system by June 30, 2021.8. City of Magnolia, AR must respond to EPA Region 6 by February 18, 2022 and submit its certification of completion of the RRA and ERP, as required by Section 1433(a) of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. ?300i-2(a) and Section 1433(b) of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. 300i-2(b), respectively.
