NOTE: to officially be submitted to EPA, the reporting forms must be certified by a designated official of the facility, otherwise the forms have not be submitted. A proposed settlement was proposed to Elgi of which it was accepted. A Consent Agreement was filed with the EPA Region 6 Hearing Clerk on 9/15/2022 and a copy was sent to the facility for payment of the penalty.
