Great job in communicating and identifying root cause of the violations and resolving violations by sampling, cleaning, and applying a new system to treat the water prior to the outfall. Stabilization and application of new techniques will take some time (procedures stabilization) and could show violations in DMR data until stabilize. We will share all information and explanations with TCEQ and EPA. This plan is part of the process of transferring files and information for each facility to TCEQ.
