Facility was not in violation. Currently, the facility is working TCEQ to modify the permit. TCEQ is informed of this situation and we are planning to have a meeting with TCEQ and the facility as part of the transferring files process for this facility case. Violations of BOD5 will still show until the calculations and formulas are update.
