EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Harmony Water System (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Weatherford, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to submit a copy of the required site sampling plan to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and EPA, pursuant to the RTCR, within 30 days of receipt of the order. The AO also requires the Respondent to submit a copy of the completed Public Notice, and associated Certificate of Delivery, to TCEQ and EPA. Violation 2020-325 RTC on 12-4-20 and PN RTC on 7-9-22.
