Section 136k(a), to Allied BioScience Inc. of Plano, TX. The SSURO prohibits the sale, use or removal of an unregistered and misbranded pesticide product, SurfaceWise 2. On November 16, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a modification to the SSURO, authorizing the movement of SurfaceWise 2 only under the limited conditions outlined within and in accordance with Paragraphs 51 and 52 of the SSURO.
