On February 5, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. ? 136k(a) to Aktive Health LLC, located in Naples, Florida.
