Case summary

On August 7, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent (AOC) under the authority of Section 113(a)(1)(A) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. ? 7413(a)(1)(A) to Columbia Gulf Transmission Company (Columbia Gulf) for its Rayne Compressor Station located in Rayne, LA.
