From June 4-5,2019, EPA Region 6 conducted an on:site CAA 112(r) inspection of the Facility. During EPA's inspection of the Facility, EPA determined that there were multiple areas of concern relating to Respondent's implementation and compliance with the requirements of CAA 112(r) and 40 CFR Part 68. The inspector found that Arkema was not following its internal mechanical integrity standard.
