On or about July 25-27, 2017, EPA and Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) inspectors conducted an inspection of Respondent's facility to determine compliance with Section 112(r) of the CAA, 42 USC 7412(r}, and 40 CFR Part 68, Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions. Respondent failed to comply with certain provisions of the rule, as described in the final order.
