This includes, but is not limited to, procedures for: i. preparing hazardous waste manifests; and ii. training personnel involved in managing, reporting, transporting, and disposing of hazardous waste; c. Respondent shall certify it has developed and implement its contingency plan and emergency procedures intended to comply with the applicable provisions of RCRA and the regulations promulgated thereunder. Lockheed martin Corporation must respond to EPA Region 6 by 90 days from the date when order is filed.
