Case summary

On July 16, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to Air Liquide Large Industries U.S LP, for their Corpus Christi SMR facility located at 5880 Up River Road, Corpus Christi, TX.
