Case summary
On May 18th, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ACOC under its authority pursuant to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act to TMG Universe, Inc located at 1262 Viceroy Drive, Dallas, Texas. The Administrative Compliance Order on Consent was issued in response to violations of: 1. Failure to file proper 3010 Notification. 2. Failure to operate under correct generator status. The ACOC requires TMG Universe, Inc to enter into compliance within 30 days from the effective date of the ACOC and following are the steps facility needs to take in order to achieve compliance A. Respondent shall certify that it has assessed all of its solid waste streams to determine the accurate waste codes and has developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (?SOP?) to ensure that TMG Universe, Inc. is operating in compliance with RCRA and the regulations promulgated thereunder, including, but not limited to, procedures for: (a) making hazardous waste determinations; (b) managing hazardous wastes; (c) reporting, transporting, and disposing of hazardous waste; (d) preparing the manifests; and (e) meeting the requirements of the land disposal restrictions; B. Respondent shall certify that it has accurately and adequately complied with its RCRA Section 3010 Notification; and C. Respondent shall provide, with its certification, a copy of Respondent?s SOPs as described in subparagraph A above. TMG Universe, Inc must respond to EPA Region 6 by 30 days from May 18th, 2020
