Certify that it has accurately and adequately complied with the RCRA Section 3010 notification requirements for the Fairbank Morse Facility. c. Provide, with its certification, a copy of Respondent's SOPs as described in subparagraph a above. d. Provide the cost of implementing the requirements. e. Provide the average amount (pounds) of hazardous waste that is properly managed per year at the Fairbank Morse. Fairbanks Morse must respond to EPA Region 6 by 30 calendar days from the CAFO is filed .
