On January 14, 2017, an EPA Inspector conducted an inspection to determine Respondent's compliance with the CAA Section 112(r)(7), 42 USC 7412(r)(7), and the Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions codified at 40 CFR Part 68. Order was signed by the PECO Foods facility on June 17, 2019 and signed as a final case on June 26, 2019, by EPA. Within 90 days of this date Respondent will certify that it has made necessary updates to be in compliance with the CAA RMP. No penalty amount assessed.
