During the EPA RMP inspection on October 22-23, 2018, EPA found that the Respondent, based on the PHA conducted on February 10-11, 2016, failed to promptly address five of the team's findings and recommendations in a timely manner, in violation of 40 CFR 68.67(e). EPA found also that the Respondent failed to conduct inspections and testing on the natural gas liquid storage tank and the five condensate tanks,in violation of 40 CFR 68.73(d)(1).
