Enforcement case was transferred to EPA Enf Officer Jack Arias. Corrective actions and compliance were inadequate. EPA requested more information. Facility decided to terminate the permit. EPA requested compliance and corrective action/termination plans (clean up, remediation and cleanup according to the permit requirements). After several meetings between EPA and facility Mr. Kevin Dutcher provided proper documentation that include a final report that illustrated compliance with AO and proper plans for facility and pit closure.
