Certify they has accurately and adequately complied with RCRA Section 3010 Notification; and 3. Provide a copy of the SOPs along with its certification. C.U.E. Energy Products Inc must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of the settlement agreement.
