Case summary

On December 12, 2017, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g)of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Sherwood Estates Manufactured Townhome Community located in Midland, TX. The AO was issued in response to violation of the arsenic maximum contaminant level.
