Case summary

On December 12, 2017, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g)of the Safe Drinking Water Act to City of Flatonia located in Flatonia, TX. The AO was issued in response to violation of the arsenic maximum contaminant level.
