The AO required Respondent to do the following: within thirty days of receipt of this AO, Respondent shall 1)conduct a Level 1 assessment of the Public Water System; 2) submit the completed Level 1 assessment form to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for review with a copy sent to EPA; 3) give public notice of the violations to its customers if Respondent has not done it; and 4) within forty days provide a copy of all public notices to EPA and TCEQ.
