The AO required Respondent to: 1) within thirty (30) days develop an Sampling Siting Plan (SSP) that identifies sampling sites and a sampling collection schedule and submit the SSP to EPA and TCEQ for review; 2) within thirty (30) days collect routine total coliform samples; and 3) within thirty (30) days provide a public notice of the violations to its customers; and 4) within forty (40) days provide a copy of all public notices to EPA and TCEQ.
