Case summary

EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Consumers Water Inc., doing business as the Peach Creek Oaks Subdivision water system (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Spring. The AO was issued in response to violations of the RTCR. The AO required Respondent to: 1) within thirty (30) days shall conduct a Level 1 assessment of the PWS and shall submit the completed Level 1 assessment form to TCEQ for review with a copy to EPA ; 2) within thirty (30) days shall give public notice of the violations to your customers; and 3) within forty (40) days provide a copy of all public notices to EPA and TCEQ.
