EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Consumers Water Inc., doing business as the Peach Creek Oaks Subdivision water system (Respondent). The AO required Respondent to: 1) within thirty (30) days shall conduct a Level 1 assessment of the PWS and shall submit the completed Level 1 assessment form to TCEQ for review with a copy to EPA ; 2) within thirty (30) days shall give public notice of the violations to your customers; and 3) within forty (40) days provide a copy of all public notices to EPA and TCEQ.
