Case summary
On June 13, 2018, EPA Region 6 issued a Proposed Administrative Complaint (Complaint) under its authority pursuant to Section 1423(c) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Diamond 3S, LLC (Respondent) located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Complaint was issued in response to violations of operating an injection well (the Well) in a manner that could allow for fluids containing contaminants to flow through the well into underground sources of drinking water.
