Case summary
On September 29, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to St Joseph Water System (Respondent) located in St Joseph, Louisiana requiring the respondent to correct significant deficiencies within 30 days or submit a schedule as to when the significant deficiencies would be completed.
