EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act (?CAA?), 42 U.S.C. ? 7413(a)(3). Sem-Gas LP is located in Sherman, Texas. The AOC was issued in response to violations of the general duty clause in section 112(r)(1) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. Sec. 7412(r)(1). All work and recommendations must be implemented within one year from the date of the signed AOC.
