Sec. 7413(a)(3) and 7413(d)(1)(B), to Cornerstone Chemical Company located in Waggaman, Louisiana. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of section 112(r)(1) of the CAA, 42 U.S.C. Sec 7412(r)(1). The CAFO requires Cornerstone Chemical Company to pay a civil penalty of $37,500 within 30 days of the effective date of the signed CAFO.
