On May 10, 2016, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to the TPLUBB LLC (Respondent)and new owner of the Pecan Grove Mobile Home Park (MHP). On April 4, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued the original AO to Mr. Jack Reed, doing business as Pecan Grove MHP,for violations at its water system located in Lubbock, Texas.
