Case summary
On April 6, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Enterprise Operating Products LLC (Enterprise). The AOC was issued in response to violations of Section 112(r)(7) of the Clean Air Act. The AOC requires Enterprise to submit application for revision of it's Title V permit to include a compliance schedule for overdue mechanical integrity inspections within 90 days of the effective date of this Order.
