On October 30, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued Final Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to McCann Resources located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The AO was issued in response to the violations of: (1) Failing to complete corrective action and 2) maintaining an injection well in a manner that may allow contamoinates to move trough zones of underground sources of drinking water.
