Case summary
During March through June of 2015, EPA conducted a records review of Precilab, LLC performance as a generator of hazardous waste and discovered that Precilab failed to make a hazardous waste identification of its waste stream containing gold potassium cyanide during the period of January 2011 - July 2015. As such this order was issued to establish compliance with the requirements of RCRA.
