On October 24, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 308 and 309 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to H & H Tank Cleaning (Respondent) located in Union County, Arkansas. The Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of receiving this AO.
