On November 3, 2014, EPA Region 6 and Respondent entered into Consent Agreement and EPA issued a Final Order under its authority pursuant to Section 1423(c) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Northcote Energy development LLC and Northcote Drilling Pertners, LP f/k/a Oklahoma Energy, LLC in Dallas, Texas. The Complaint was issued in response to the following violation: Faiure to comply with an Administrative Order. The AO requires Northcote Energy, LLC to complete corrective action according to Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Northcote Energy, LLC must respond to the Complaint, complete plugging of the well, convert it to production or repair it and demonstrate mechanical integrity within 30 days.
