In connection with oil and gas production facilities, between July 2008 and December 2010, the respondent discharged dredged and/or fill material on and to wetlands within the property that are considered waters of the United States. Respondent shall pay a civil penalty of $150,000.00 to settle the violations alleged in the complaint.
