Case summary
In about 2007-2010, respondent constructed two lakes which impacted an intermittent unnamed tributary to the Spring River, and discharged fill material into approx. 350 LF within the channel of the subject property. Total impacts were 350LF of material and a total innudation of the two lakes of 1275 LF to the tributary. All work was performed without an authorized permit issued by the Corps of Engineers.
