C&D Order: EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to WN Operating, Inc. (Respondent) located in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. The AO was issued in response to violation of Section 301 of the CWA being the unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to a waters of the US. The AO requires the Respondent to: (1) cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; (2) remove all brine from the flow path located between the facility and the identified tributary of Little Cane Creek; (3) remove all brine from the tributary of Little Cane Creek, located at Latitude 35� 43.4256� North and Longitude 95� 48.8736� West; and (4) submit written certification; and (5) submit a Pollution Prevention Plan.
