Case summary
Cease and Desist Order: On July 29, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 301 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to Atlas Operating, LLC (Respondent) located in Quitman, Texas. Respondent must respond to EPA within thirty days of receipt of the AO.
