The AO requires the Village of Chama to 1) provide maintenance to equipment to ensure effective treatment of the wastewater; 2) submit a Nutrient Managment Plan and compliance summaries; and 3) certify compliance with permit limitations. The Village of Chama must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of receipt of the order.
