On January 18, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 308 and 309 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to Crawley Petroleum Corporation (Crawley), located in Kay County, Oklahoma. Crawley must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of receiving this AO.
