On July 9, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Cara Cash, Cati Cash, Dusti Osborn, and Delton Osborn(Respondents) in Justiceburg, TX. The AO was issued in response to violations of the combined uranium maximum contaminant level (MCL).
