Case summary
On July 9,2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to the D&J Financial Solutions LLC (Respondent) in Midland, TX. The AO was issued in response to violations of the nitrate maximum contaminant level (MCL). The AO requires respondent to submit to EPA: 1) a detailed plan to meet the nitrates MCL; 2) a cost analysis of the proposd plan; and 3) a construction schedule. Respondent must submit a plan to EPA Regin 6 within 120 days of the issuance date of the Order.
