Case summary
On November 28, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued a SDWA 1414(g) Administrative Order (Order) under our authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act to the Town of Cement water system located in Cement, OK. The Order was issued to bring Town of Cement�s water system into compliance with the requirements of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. � 300f, et seq., and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 40 C.F.R. Part 141, et seq.. The Order is in response to violations of the Stage 2 Disinfectant and Disinfection By-Product Rule. The Town of Cement must begin monitoring within 30 days of receipt of the Order. For more information see documents below.
