Case summary
A stormwater compliance inspection was conducted by the EPA on November 11, 2011, to determine compliance with the Stormwater Construction General Permit. It was determined during that inspection that Highland had several deficiences. Those deficiencies were: no catch basin as reqired by the permit and as stated in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP); no site map for Phase 4 included in the SWPPP; construction activity had taken place on a site greater than one acre without permit coverage. An administrative order (AO)was issued June 5, 2012, to address these violatoins. A response to AO 06-2012-1816 was received, deemed satisfactory, and it was closed August 15, 2012.
