On January 30, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued an Administratvie Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA) to WEN-BE located Floresville, TX. The AO requires WEN-BE to (1) Cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility, and (2) submit written certification that the requirements of the AO have been meet.
