Case summary
On June 12, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued a Proposed Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act to Mr. Greg Sparks located in Cleveland, Oklahoma. The AO was issued in response to violations of maintaining an injection well in a manner which could allow contaminated fluids to move through the well bore into underground sources of drinking water (USDWs).
