Case summary

On July 18, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the Safe Drinking Water Act to STL Oil & Gas, LLC located in Skiatook, Oklahoma. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of failing to submit required annual operating reports for five injection wells. The CAFO requires STL Oil & Gas, LLC to pay a monetary penalty.
