Relief: An Administrative Order was issued to the Respondent on July 21,2011, requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove contaminated soil from the flow path; remove brine from Mill Creek; and within 30 days, provide a written certification to EPA that these requirements have been completed.
