Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to waters of the U.S. The facility was inspected by EPA on June 21, 2011. During the inspection the EPA observed where the facility had discharged oil field brine to Mill Creek. Relief: An Administrative Order was issued to the Respondent on July 21,2011, requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove contaminated soil from the flow path; remove brine from Mill Creek; and within 30 days, provide a written certification to EPA that these requirements have been completed.
